COMMISSIONS

PAYEMENT:

Payment is taken in advance through PayPal using (USD). If your commission request is approved, you will receive a PayPal payment request through the PayPal email provided in the form. 50% of the commission is required to begin work once your prompt has been accepted. This 50% is non-refundable and non-negotiable. The initial 50% of the commission price will guarantee the rough sketch. The remaining amount is due once the client has reviewed and approved the rough sketch. The final commission will not be delivered until the entire payment is made.

Once the sketch has been approved and the remaining amount is paid, there will be no refunds. The only time refunds will occur is if I cannot complete the final artwork. In that scenario, the refund amount will be for the remaining 50% of the commission if it is past the sketch approval.

COMMISSION PROCESS:

Fill out the commission form below. The TOS Code is: Blueberry. Include reference images to make the process go as fast as possible. Text-only commission requests may increase the commission time. After the initial payment is made and the prompt has been accepted, work will begin. Depending on what is commissioned, turnaround can range from 1-4 weeks. Any delays will be communicated. The client will receive a rough sketch that will be watermarked. You may request 2 rounds of revisions which is included in the price. Any changes after this point will cost an additional $60.00 per round of revisions.

When the client has approved the rough sketch and has made the final payment, work on the final version will begin. Any changes requested for the final will cost an additional:

• $75.00 for sketches - portrait and full body

• $125.00 for sketches - character action sheet

• $150.00 for rendered - portrait and full body

• $200.00 for rendered - character action sheet

Client is not allowed to use my art for commercial purposes, for feeding into AI programs and generating AI content, or for NFTs. Illustrations will have my signature included and must not be removed.

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission for any reason and at any time. I retain copyright over all artwork produced. I reserve the right to publish all artwork in any form and maintain the right to post commissions unless a written request is submitted and approved in writing.
